１．ずっと困っていることと言えば
Recentry problems I have on a diet......
以前も投稿したように停滞期に入っており体重が減らないことです。
81kgで止まったまま。
I wrote a blog entry before,my weight has been atable at 81kg.
2018年８月以降、ずっと停滞期なんです。
My weight has not changed scinse June in 2018.
2017年12月の体重は８９kg
2018年８月の体重は８１kg、以降変化なし。
いろいろ試しましたが、全く効果がありません。
I've tried many things,no effect at all!
２．何かよい方法はないかなー
Are there any ways going throuh the stable weight?
ウエブでダイエット記事を見ていたところ
Watching diet news on the internet,
おっ！あった、あった、これはいけるかもしれません。
Oh!That's it!That's it! this way might be good for.
最新の方法がありました。
There is a latest way.
その方法とは、食前にキュウリを１～２本だけ食べる～。
The way is that you eat only a cucumber to two cucumbers before each meal.
３．考案者はどなたですか？
Who is a inventor?
これは、東京・南麻布にあるミシュラン2つ星の和食の名店「分とく山」
総料理長である野崎洋光氏が考案者。
The inventor,Hiromotsu Nosaki,he works for Japanese food restrant Waketokuyama
as a chef.
彼も２カ月で11kg減量という成果を出している。
He loose weight minus 11kg for two months after he started the way.
４．きゅうりがなぜダイエットに効いた？
Why are cucumbers good for a diet?
考案者によりますと、
The inventor says,
①調理不要：no cooking
②食べるの簡単:easy to eat.
④ほぼ１年中食べれる:You can eat them while a year.
③味付け簡単:easy to seson
醤油：soy sauce,味噌：miso,ドレッシング：dressing,etc......
と、とにかく簡単

僕は良いとも思った方法は拒まず主義です。
My policy is to get into good ways that is good for being on a diet.
まずは親戚からもらったきゅうりを消費。
I'll eat cucumbers that mey relative gave me.
無くなったら、スーパーでお買い物。
First of all,I'll go to a grossary store.
きゅうりが品切れする前にね！
Before cucumbers run out of stock.
